Dar as mãos pelo Autismo.
No dia 2 de Abril assinalou-se o Dia Mundial da Consciencialização do Autismo.
Este ano, a APPDA Coimbra organizou um cordão humano no Piso 0 do Alma Shopping, onde contou com a presença dos colaboradores e clientes e da instituição, bem como as suas famílias e a população em geral, ultrapassando uma centena de participantes.
De salientar a iniciativa exemplar promovida pelo Alma Shopping: Foi criada a “Hora Tranquila”, que se traduz na redução de estímulos visuais e sonoros, no primeiro sábado de cada mês, entre as 10h e as 11h.
Durante o mês de Abril, estará patente uma exposição sobre o que é o autismo, algumas curiosidades e dicas sobre como lidar com pessoas no espetro.
